Refund and Returns Policy

  

We hope you love our products as much as we do however we do offer a full 30 day period to return your order. All we ask is that you send us the products in re-sellable condition and contact us regarding the issue. 

You can return your order for an exchange or full refund, no questions asked. If you do need to return something you will need to pay for postage. We suggest you obtain proof of postage, which is free of charge at any post office. If you plan to return a purchased item, please email us at featherandfell@outlook.com. 

Please kindly note that returns can take up to 10 working days to process once received. Please check that the item(s) you wish to exchange for are in stock. Feather and Fell cannot be held responsible for returned parcels that are lost/stolen and we do not refund the postage cost.
