Feather & Fell is a small business run by a country couple who saw a gap in the country life market of subscription boxes. Our aim is to deliver a touch of the country side within a luxury gift style box on a quarterly basis. We want the subscription box to be an ideal indulgence for all lovers of the country whether full time farmer or occasional dog walker. Our products range from practical to pretty and hope to support small businesses and showcase some more well known country brands too!
Since the launch back in March 2019 Feather & Fell has grown into much more than a subscription box business we now create luxury one off country, equestrian and dog gift boxes as well luxe, leisure and performance wear for country and equestrian lifestyle.
Behind the brand
Meg is a country & equestrian blogger, photographer and full time Paramedic more often recognised by her blog title ‘the girl in green’ inspired by her love for both blue lights and the country life. Tom is a full time gamekeeper of pheasants and partridge and is Meg’s right hand man, de-stresser and chief box builder! We also have horse Ruby and two dogs Bernie and Rupert.
Why Feather & Fell
We chose Feather & Fell as we wanted a name that represented our life and the countryside, was a little adventurous, easy to remember and ultimately also had the potential to become much more than just subscription and gift boxes in the future!
FEATHER represents gamebirds which being a gamekeepers girlfriend plays a huge part in our lives and really are the reason I get to spend my time living in and enjoying the countryside surrounded by beautiful scenery.
FELL from what I understand is an alternative word for hills or mountain ranges so living in a valley surrounded by some pretty impressive Scottish hills just seemed fitting!
